our ideal candidate

  • Highly Engaged – The ideal candidate will be responsive to stakeholder needs – any individual involved in the continuum of patient care including family members – and we seek medical professionals that are engaged in our facilities.
  • Team Player – We are a cohesive team of practitioners that support one another. Top candidates must demonstrate teamwork and a willingness to support his or her co-worker.
  • Flexible – Because the reality of hospitalist medicine is that daily volume cannot be predicted with precision, the ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to expand and contract daily volume to meet needs of the group and hospital clients.
  • Private Practice Model – Candidates must be able to flourish under a production model with a private practice mentality.
  • Experienced – Most likely, the ideal candidate will have four or more years of experience beyond their Neurology residency or fellowship. However, highly qualified residents or fellows with an entrepreneurial mindset are welcome.
  • Sub-specialties – Although Vascular or Neuro-Critical Care are preferred, we are also interested in candidates with fellowships in Movement Disorders, Neuromuscular, and Clinical Neurophysiology
  • Growth – Growth is the key to survival. Our ideal candidate will have an open mind towards expansion opportunities.
